Deploy AI employees with work emails and Slack access to automate sales, marketing, support, and operations—controllable through browser and desktop automation with meeting attendance and multi-app integrations.

Sistava is an AI agent platform. It markets AI employees you can hire for sales, marketing, support, and other business work. The idea is you get named agents like Alice or Eva who can join Slack, attend Zoom calls, check email, and run tasks through your browser using your existing logged-in sessions.
I tested it as a solo founder looking for extra hands without extra hires. The pitch is clear: you define a role, give limited tool access, and keep humans in charge of approval. But the reality is more uneven than the marketing suggests.
Sistava could fit into AI agent work, but only for specific risk tolerances. Most teams should wait.
Open it if you want to test AI workforce concepts early and can handle rough edges. Skip it if you need proven reliability, clear pricing, or compliance-ready security.
Who Sistava is best for
It helps most when you fit one of these spots.
- Teams comfortable being early reference customers: You get feature access before others. You also hit bugs and documentation gaps first.
- Solo founders experimenting with AI workforce concepts: You can try the idea cheaply. You trade polish for learning speed.
- Use cases where helpdesk integration depth matters: You get 11 live OAuth connectors including Zendesk and Freshdesk. You skip this if you need to test workflows first.
- Small teams needing capacity without full-time hiring: You get drafts and task coverage. You still review everything.
- Teams with bounded, repeatable workflows: You can set clear guardrails. Human review delays do not break your process.
- Operations needing human accountability preserved: Approval gates are built in. No decision ships without you.
- Teams struggling with end-to-end execution: You get cross-tool memory and handoff tracking. Not just email volume help.
Best things about Sistava
These are the parts you notice after a few tries.
- Transparent token costs: You see exactly what you spent in an Activity Inspector. Most tools hide this.
- Draft-by-default mode: Nothing ships without your eyes on it. You keep control.
- Helpdesk integration depth: 11 connectors with live OAuth pages. You connect Zendesk or HubSpot Service Cloud quickly.
- Named agent personas: Each role has a name and specific domain. You hire Alice for admin, not guess at prompts.
- Multi-channel deployment: Slack, WhatsApp, email, voice, Telegram, and more. You meet users where they are.
Why you should ignore it
Skip it when the fit is wrong.
- Only 4 of 11 departments have real documentation: Marketing claims coverage you cannot find. You will search for features that do not exist yet.
- No test or sandbox mode: You cannot rehearse workflows. Every run costs credits live.
- Opaque credit pricing: No public per-action table. One internal screenshot shows $3.25 per task. You guess your budget.
- Zero independent reviews: The only review on G2 is the founder's self-review. You have no outside validation.
- Compliance claims are future-tense: No SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA yet. Security features quote-gated to Custom tier.
- Contradictory documentation: Roster pages do not match. Ten of twelve "employees" have no URL.
